This is such a fun lunch, and the girls are giddy every time they see these foods cross their plates, no pun intended. The tangerines and berries are the perfect way to ensure my littles are receiving their vitamins and nutrients, and the organic dinosaur chicken nuggets are packed with protein.
Creating healthy lunches is all about balance. While chicken nuggets are yummy with fries, I prefer to add a vitamin-rich fruit or vegetable to balance out the meal. The girls are happy, and I’m a happy mama in return.
